1. Information we collect

We collect two categories of information:

Information you give us. When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, business name, business type, email address, phone number, and any message you choose to send. If you reach out by phone or email, we collect whatever information you share in that conversation.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, and similar usage data. This is collected through cookies, tracking pixels, and similar technologies.

2. Analytics and tracking technologies

We use the following third-party services to understand how visitors use our Site and to measure the performance of our marketing:

• Google Analytics (Google LLC) provides aggregated reporting on Site traffic and user behaviour. Google may set cookies and collect data about your visit. More information is available in Google's Privacy Policy.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) captures anonymized session recordings and heatmaps so we can see how visitors interact with the Site. More information is available in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
• Marketing pixels from advertising platforms (for example, the Meta Pixel and similar tracking pixels) may be placed on the Site so that we can measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns and reach relevant audiences. The Site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
